This was by far the most ambitious gingerbread structure I have ever undertaken, complete with obese snowman. I'm happy with how it turned out, but it took sooooo much longer than I anticipated, simply due to the more complicated construction. More pieces, many many more pieces..JPG)

Yikes, I'm quite sure I could not have created a ginger bread mansion like that! It's beautiful, though, and is being enjoyed by your family - that makes it worth it. :o)
